Return Policy – Drinka

At Drinka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Drink Mixes. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You may return most unopened and unused items purchased directly from drinkarilzona.store within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used Drink Mixes (due to health and safety regulations).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items not purchased directly from drinkarilzona.store.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team:

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our office address (567 Cheryl Way, Sacramento, CA, 95832) without prior authorization.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

7. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
